Restaurant Open For Indoor Dining

We are delighted to be back open, even if its only with limited capacity!

We currently have 3 tables available for indoor dining but we hope to build capacity as we go along. The tables are available for walk in or with a booking. We do however advise booking if possible.

We are operating within Failte Ireland Guidelines & are pleased to have attained the Failte Ireland Charter.

We would ask all guests to bring along there Covid Passports & Identification as they will be required prior to entry. This does not apply to under 18″s. Masks must be worn whilst inside the restaurant & walking around. Once seated & dining they may be removed. Please observe normal social distancing etiquette while in the restaurant.

Our outdoor dining area can be quite busy also & is a great option weather permitting! In line with Failte Ireland Guidelines,  Guests will be asked for a contact name & number for each group.

Take-Home & Delivery is available as usual .

Quality Ingredients


We have always believed in using the best ingredients we can find.

Our mozzarella is a fior de latte cheese from Italy. It is creamy & delicious & melts just nicely at the high temperatures in our stone baked oven.

We have been using Caputo “00” flour since opening way back in 1994,  It’s what they use in Italy! Our dough is made every single day here in Fifty4 using “00” flour, water, fresh yeast, salt & olive oil. It is a labour of love. We make on the day for use the next day, leaving sufficient time (24hours minimum) for the dough to relax. We ball up in 3 sizes, weighing out each dough ball individually.
