We use De Cecco fresh egg pasta in all our famous pasta dishes. Our tomato ragu is cooked slowly with fresh basil to enhance its flavour. We only use fresh Irish cream to enhance our sauces. We regularly prepare fresh tortellini and gnocchi to add to our specials.
Daily specials include Rack of Lamb, Baked Hake , Risotto and Frito Misto to name but a few.
Our Pizza Dough
We prepare our pizza dough fresh daily using only 100% natural ingredients : fresh yeast, ’00’ Caputo flour, still water and a little salt. Our Pizzaiolo chef hand forms each dough ball and allows it to rest for at least 24 hours. This slow and natural method ensures a distinctive artisan pizza!
